Invoices in, clean data out

Upload an invoice or a receipt — a PDF from an accounting system, a scan, or a photo taken on a phone — and get back data you can actually use: supplier, customer, document number, dates, currency, every line item, the tax breakdown and the totals.

The numbers are checked, not just read

This is the part that matters. Reading a document is the easy half. Every extraction is independently re-added and checked three ways:

• Do the line items add up to the subtotal?
• Does the subtotal plus tax equal the total?
• Does the tax breakdown match the tax total?

You see the result of each check. A document that does not add up is not treated as an error — it is exactly what you want to be warned about before it reaches your ledger.

• Takes PDF, JPEG, PNG, WebP and HEIC, up to 25 MB.
• Upload a single document or drag in a whole batch.
• You are charged per document, and only when one is read successfully. A run that fails costs you nothing.
• Your documents are never kept. A file is held only while it is being read, then deleted. Results stay in your history for 30 days so you can download them again free of charge.
