Upload a call, interview, meeting or podcast and get an exact count of every word and phrase that matters to you, with the timestamp of each mention.

The counts are exact. They come from the recording's own word timings rather than an AI's impression of it — so when the report says a phrase came up four times, it came up four times.

How it works

1. Upload a single recording, or drag in a whole batch at once.
2. Say what to look for — the words and phrases you want counted.
3. Add requirements in plain English if you need them, such as "the agent disclosed the call was recorded" or "the customer was offered a refund". You get a met / not met answer for each, with the quote from the recording as evidence.
4. Download the results as PDF, CSV or JSON, or read them in your dashboard.

Good to know

• Takes MP3, M4A, WAV, WebM and the audio from MP4 files, up to 25 MB.
• Works across languages — your recording does not have to be in English.
• Long recordings run in the background, so you can queue a batch and come back to it.
• You are charged per minute of audio, and only when a recording is processed successfully. A run that fails costs you nothing.
• Your recordings are never kept. A file is held only while it is being processed, then deleted. Results stay in your history for 30 days so you can download them again free of charge.
